Shoreline Hwy overlook parking area by the callbox, across from the trailhead for the Coast View Trail. This is a popular parking & overnight spot and always heavily littered.
I clean this stretch every Saturday morning after my Mt. Tam ride and I typically work my way from this parking area all the way down to the Muir Beach Overlook.
